ORDER PROCESSING TIME

Typical order processing time is  3 - 4 days during normal operation. Larger quantity orders will require a longer processing time >>> Please allow for an additional 2 day time frame when ordering.

Mail Carrier of choice is USPS and we adhere to their shipping policy and time frame. Shipping times are estimated to be 2 - 3 days, but can be subject to change via USPS, Severe Weather Conditons, etc.

Once order has shipped, Wesmor Beauty is no longer responsible for any lost or damaged goods. If package has been lost or damaged please contact USPS as soon as possible.

INCORRECT INFORMATION

Please double check that the information you have provided is correct. If any information is put incorrectly, email Wesmorbeauty@gmail.com as soon as possible. If not done promptly the order will have been shipped and we will not have any way to fix it.

ORDER PACKAGING

Smaller orders will be packaged in a bubble mailer. Larger orders or orders containing Wesmor Beauty lip scrubs and/or skincare products will be packaged in brown cardboard shipping boxes.

All packing supplies used to secure Wesmor Beauty products have been recycled to cut down on waste associated with the use of packing supplies. [ i.e. bubble wrap, kraft paper, packing peanuts, shredded paper]

RETURN POLICY

We do not offer refunds due to the nature of our products unless items were incorrectly sent. Items incorrectly sent must be reported within 48 hours of package delivery. Please visit the CONTACT page and completely fill out the contact form with the Issue & Order Number. Without that information we will not be able to assess and fix the issue at hand.
