How to Use:

• Dispense the scrub: Take a sufficient amount of the foaming body scrub and dispense it into your hand or onto a loofah or bath sponge.

• Apply to your skin: Gently massage the foaming scrub onto your damp skin in circular motions. 

• Exfoliate: As you massage the scrub into your skin, the exfoliating particles in the formula will help remove dead skin cells and impurities.

• Rinse off: Once you have thoroughly exfoliated your body, rinse off the foaming scrub with warm water.

• Follow up with a moisturizer: Apply your favorite whipped body butter or body oil to lock in moisture.

• Frequency: Generally, using it 2-3 times a week is sufficient for most people. However, if you have sensitive or dry skin, you may want to limit usage to once a week or every other week.
